At MCBlocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 90-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Below are the details of our return process:
1. Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return your items. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as personalized products or products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, cannot be returned.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at supp.batvault@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to process the exchange. You will need to return the original item first, and then we will ship the new item to you once the return is processed.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
